• 200 X 80 ft insulated and heated indoor arena with GT footing. 40 X 80 foot attached barn with 2 box stalls with soft stall mats, 2 tie stalls for tacking up, wash rack, tack room, coffee room, and bathroom.
• 13 large grass paddocks with electric braid fencing.
• Large grass jump field with a variety of stadium jumps and cross country fences including a bank, a series of five ditches and trakehners, and soon, a water jump!!
• Gorgeous area to ride out along the creek and around the hay field. If you’re lucky, maybe the moose will come for a hack with you.
